For a long time, she lived on a river in the far east, only leaving to warn local villages of looming disasters. However, one night she received a vision far clearer than any other; she set out to Canterlot to warn Celestia of the return of Nightmare Moon. True to her name, however, she was denied audience again and again, and her attempts to force entrance to the palace met with repeated failure; perhaps Equestria would have fallen under eternal night, had not the Princess known more than Cassandra already. After the events of the Summer Sun celebration, she calmed down and set off back for her home in the river, but became horrendously lost. She tends to be lad-back, shy and withdrawn, though she has an overblown sense of responsibility. If she has a prophecy she feels the subject of needs to hear, or has any other task she deems vital, she will stop short of nothing to accomplish it.
